12 of the team travelled down to Oxford to compete in the National tournament. Although, in our 'pool' we only had local clubs to compete against - Wilmslow, Timperley and Heaton Mersey.
With three games scheduled in the qualifiers, we all braved the torrential rain to egg the boys on as they came up against Wilmslow and Timperley (see below).
With the downturn in the weather, the tournament was abandoned before we played our third game - but we had done enough to make it through to the semi-finals.
These will be played in the North West, where we'll play Poynton - runners up in the other 'pool'.
Well done to the players and parents for all the effort that went into making today happen.
