Had today's opponents not travelled from over the other side of the Pennines, the match wouldn't have gone ahead - based on the extremely wet pitch we were faced with!
Whilst Stockport got off to a slow-ish start, with Sheffield scoring the first goal of the game, we came back quickly with a goal from the next face - to win the quarter.
In a return to form this week, after last week's defeat, the boys played well again - and in a pretty physical game, looked the better team.
All the squad got some playing time - in a shorter game than usual, with just 10 minute quarters.
