As with the last few weeks, Stockport were the first to score in the game - but in a change from the last few weeks, our opposition scored in the first quarter too. Brooklands gave us a good game and our defenders had a bit to do - which was great for them. Whilst Brooklands were strong on the faces, our midfield line made sure that this didn't get too far, and we managed to win every quarter, although Q2 was close!
Good play all round with some great goals, and equally good assists.

Trip over to sunny Wilmslow
At the risk of sounding repetitive, today brought another great game for the U12s! Over at Wilmslow, they got off to a great start, with 9 goals in Q1. It was a slightly one-sided game really, with Wilmslow only getting on the scoreboard in Q3...
It gave the newer recruits a chance to get lots of match play, and it was a good game to start with for Sam - welcome to Stockport Lacrosse Sam!
And... we set a new record today with eleven, yes, ELEVEN, different goal scorers!! That's more goal scorers than players on the pitch at any one time!
