The Junior Presentation Evening and the long-awaited Dads vs Lads match went ahead on Friday evening. Photos of the match follow - where, whilst the Retros put up a good fight (with a couple of VERY young looking 'dads'...!) they only managed a 3-3 draw against the Junior team.
Excellent and amusing reffing was provided by John Warrington with more than a few yellow flags being thrown! and fortunately, there were no injuries this year!
At the Awards, the U12s were presented with their runners-up medals for their part in the Onondago Cup final in April.
This year's U12s awards went to:
Most Valuable Player 2010/11 - Michael Pomfret
Most Improved Player 2010/11 - Thomas Lloyd
Well done to both boys. Keep up the good work (as it says on the certificates presented to all team members on the night!)
Well done and congratulations also go to Lisa Goddard who received the Les Grainger Award at the Senior Awards evening for all her work and fund-raising for the Club.

Farewell Joe!
Saturday morning saw our last Junior training session with Joe Macchi, our LDO.
I think everyone is sorry to see Joe return home to the US as he has been popular with our Juniors, as well as making a great contribution to the Club.
Good Luck Joe - don't forget us, and keep in touch.
